If there is a need to move products from one conveyor to the next while keeping the products orientated. We can provide the best solution possible, everything from transfers that are strong enough for heavy products and smooth enough for the smallest. Our conveyor transfers are proven to work seamlessly in conjunction with our conveyors. All of our conveyor transfers are hygienically designed and are able to be wet cleaned. Our transfers are also capable to be driven from the main conveyor shaft or independently powered by their own gearmotors.

Driven transfer roller

Our driven transfer rollers are our standard and most used type of transfer. This type of conveyor transfer is used when the conveyed products products are small and product orientation is important. Also the driven transfer rollers are used when the connecting conveyors are close together, when this is not the case we recommend our belt transfer.

Belt transfer

A belt transfer is a great solution for transfers when the conveyed products are small and product orientation is important.

Non driven transfer roller

Our transfer rollers are an example of a non-powered transfer application. This kind of conveyor transfer is mostly used for products as boxes and crates as it is a very strong and durable transfer.

Sliding plate

Our sliding plate is quickly installed and is perfect to slide products off the end of a conveyor onto the next one. This type of transfer is mostly used for smaller products where product orientation is not as important.

In what kind of materials are the conveyors available?

The frame of the conveyor is available in stainless steel 304, on request stainless steel 316 and in steel powder coated in colour as requested by client.

Is it possible to make the conveyors bespoke?

Yes, the curved and straight conveyors are available in almost all measurements, the delivery will only vary a couple of working days from the standard conveyors.

What are the delivery times for the conveyors?

The delivery times for the conveyors are approximately four working weeks, urgent delivery is possible with consultation.

How long do I have to wait for a quotation?

We strive to send you a quotation in one working day.

What are the specifications you need to make a quotation?

To request a quotation we need the following information from you:

What is the max weight the conveyors can handle?

Our conveyors systems are fit for the heavy duty industries, for every situation we could make a calculation for you. We have delivered conveyors who carry a weight of 1000kg plus on them.

Are the conveyor systems easy to maintain?

Yes, our conveyor systems don’t require any special tools to maintain which makes it very easy to maintain.

Are the conveyor systems safe?

Yes, all our conveying systems meet the European requirements for safety.

Can you deliver including assembly?

Yes, on request we can deliver with assembly included, Jansen Metal Products has very experienced mechanics.

Can you deliver including the control system?

Yes, on request we can deliver our conveyor systems with a control system.

Is it possible to wet clean?

Yes, our stainless steel conveyors with hygienic design (foodsafe) can be cleaned with water.

We are an original equipment manufacturer and we are interested in using the Multi-Way program, are the any special conditions for manufacturers?

Can we as original equipment manufacturer order belts and sprockets for our own conveyor systems?
